This high capacity biofiltration helps to control harmful compounds in your aquarium such as ammonia, nitrate and nitrite, effectively keeping these elements at safe levels as to not harm the aquatic inhabitants of your tank.

Directions:

Use 250 mL of Seachem Matrix for each 200 L (50 US gallons) of aquarium water. The media may be placed in any kind of filter, and is noticeably effective when used in a canister filter. The media is sufficiently large enough that no filter bag should be required for most applications. It works quite well in a variety of drip tray systems, but may find that the larger Seachem Pond Matrix is better suited for such applications.
